Warranty, Registration, and Return Policy
12-Month Warranty
The Genesis atomizers are warrantied for one year from the date of original purchase. Any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship will result in the unit being either replaced or repaired.
Purchaser must register product for warranty coverage on the form below.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage resulting from use other than that for which it is intended.
Because not all HOCl is of the same quality as Genesis HOCl, warranty of Genesis 2.6 and UX4 is honored based upon operation of unit with approved HOCl.
Warranty becomes invalid if the product is re-sold, fitted with non-original parts, or if repaired by unauthorized party.
Storage & Care
For the Genesis 2.6 unit:
Ensure unit is rinsed with plain water, emptied, and dry before storage.
Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns for reasons other than a manufacturing defect may be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase for items in new and unused condition in original, undamaged packaging.
- Prior approval is required, and a return authorization number will be provided in order to process the return.
- Return shipping and a 15% restocking fee is the responsibility of the purchaser and tracking/insurance is recommended.
