The UX4 is a stationary atomizer that uses ultrasonic sound waves to break a liquid solution into millions of individual droplets that are then dispersed into the air as a mist with particles that are 5 microns in diameter.

We are taking care of my wife’s mother and she is now receiving Hospice Palliative Care where she gets visits from healthcare professionals at least once a week. We also have a couple of other caregivers that come into our home several days a week to give us a break. So, we have people coming into home, whom are taking care of other people that need care. What we don’t know is what they are bringing into our home!
So, we have setup the Genesis UX4 HOCL Atomizer in the room where mom stays the most. The UX4 is very versatile and can be programmed to a variety of settings, that can deliver more or less HOCL, all depending on what you think the needs are during their visit. We always turn the unit on before the visitors arrive and keep in on for several hours after they leave. If we think one of us is starting to have an issue, we run it all the time with increased HOCL output.

This may be a slightly unconventional use of the Genesis 2.6 Atomizer and UX4 Stationary Atomizer, but we use them to take care of the tack in our barn. We have probably 30 saddles and even more sets of bridles and breastplates, which adds up to an enormous investment. And unless you have a climate and humidity-controlled tack room, when your tack is well-conditioned you know the battle against that white powdery mildew – and once it starts (and it always does), it’s nearly impossible to keep it from coming back unless you have the time to clean all your tack every few days.
We started with the Genesis 2.6 and used it to get into all the little crevices – behind the buckles, under the laces on reins, in all the stitched-down loops, and under the flaps and skirts of the saddles. We even used it to clean where the tack hangs against the walls. We then cleaned the tack as we normally would, started the UX4 Atomizer, and even running it just a few hours a couple of times a week, none of the mildew has returned – even after ten months.
Honestly, we probably wouldn’t have believed it if we hadn’t seen it for ourselves – and it’s incredibly worth it when you consider the cost of tack, plus the hours and hours saved not having to constantly work to keep the powdery mildew at bay.
The bonus is that using the UX4 Stationary Atomizer in an enclosed area where people invariably gather, we’re also protecting the staff and boarders from the inevitable colds and viruses. For us, the two atomizers are a must-have. We’ll never be without them!

I bought the Genesis UX4 based on a friend’s recommendation. I live in the south where the humidity is very high, so mildew is prevalent, and my allergies can be severe. In addition, my AC pan overflowed and I never could get rid of the mildew and musty smell in the room. I tried many other methods, including an expensive UV light on my AC unit, dehumidifiers, and highly-rated air purifiers. Nothing worked, so I purchased the UX4 and after running it for one day, the smell was gone! The unit is very easy to move so I use it all over the house and have experienced the same positive results in each room. I also took it to my Dad’s house, where the mildew smell was significant after a hurricane hit the area, and it eliminated the musty and mildew smell in a safe way. The UX4 is a great product and I have recommended it to all my friends.

One of my favorite reads centered around health is The Well Being Journal. This past Spring, I was reading the magazine and found an advertisement on the Genesis UX4. I called the company immediately to ask a few questions and was thrilled to find I was speaking to the owner, Daryl. He answered my questions and could not have been more passionate, as he offered more helpful information and tips for using the Genesis UX4. I live in New Orleans, LA, where mold and mildew are rampant. I have autoimmune issues from previous exposure to mold. My doctor recommended I invest in a state-of-the-art air purifier that does a great job, but I have to change the filter every five weeks, and it can’t clean surfaces. I presently live in a raised home without double flooring, and unfortunately, mold is growing on the ground underneath the house, and there’s no insulation. The Genesis UX4 has been a lifesaver, and it’s incredible how well it works. I move it around my house daily, and I am amazed by the concept and am constantly spreading the word.

We have had a lot of health repercussions in our family due to toxic mold in our home 15 years ago. Now, many of us are very sensitive to buildings with any mold, which makes traveling very difficult because most hotels have serious mold issues. We have really loved having the Genesis UX4 to take along when traveling and “fog” the hotel room for a couple hours after we arrive. It seems to have made a big difference for us. We also use it often in our home to purify the air and lower the virus load – especially when there are illnesses floating around (which seems to be almost always now). I highly recommend this for anyone with health concerns, as it’s a great tool to have in your arsenal of preventative products!!
